Service availability may vary depending on location, technician availability, and other factors.

Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be made online or via phone. Once booked, a confirmation will be sent to you via Whatsapp. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of emergencies or last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request

Pricing & Estimates

All pricing provided prior to service is an estimate and may vary based on the nature and complexity of the work. Final charges will reflect labor, materials, and any additional services provided. We strive to be transparent with all costs and will inform you before proceeding with extra work

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods. Invoices must be paid in full within the stated payment terms to avoid penalties

Warranty & Guarantees

Perfect Plumbing Solutions offers limited warranties on labor and certain parts. Warranty periods vary depending on the service provided. Any misuse or modification of installed parts voids the warranty. Please contact us for specific warranty information regarding your service
